Frequently Asked Questions

You may cancel or modify any placed orders within 24 hours of order. We process all orders within 24 hours. Once the shipping label is generated, no canceations or changes can be made. 

If your plant looks damaged this can sometimes be from the Shipping process which involves loss of sunlight and water.  Most plants will bounce back within a few days. If it has been 3-5 days and your plant is still not thriving, please reach out via email furnishandgrow@gmail.com with an image and we will address the issue. 

No one plant is the same. They are all different and unique in their own ways from color, size, and growth. We do our best to capture the differences but there will alawys be numerous variations.
